9.1.4 Family and Friends Written Agreement

Written Agreement between ...............insert carers names............................and Brighton and Hove Children and Young People's Trust.

I/We agree to:

  1. Care for .............insert name of child/ren .......as if he/she were a member of our family.
  2. Permit any person authorised by the local authority to visit the child/ren at any time.
  3. Allow the child/ren to be removed at any time, if appropriate, by the local authority.
  4. Ensure that any information I/we are given, relating to the child and his/her family in connection with the placement, is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone, except with the agreement of the local authority.
  5. Allow the child to have contact with other family members, but only in accordance with the terms of any court order, or any arrangements agreed/made by the local authority.

In accordance with the Fostering Service Regulations.
